My business, Ask Dr. Renee, was created from my personal journey living with allergies and asthma and navigating caregiving in my own family. I turned my lived experience, medical expertise, and passion for health equity into a multimedia health education brand that empowers Black families with trustworthy and culturally relevant health information.

My mission is to help people breathe easier, both physically and emotionally, by giving them the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage their health, advocate for themselves, and live the life they deserve. I educate through television, streaming platforms, podcasts, live speaking, digital content, books, and my new initiative Caring Forward, which supports adult children caring for parents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

What makes my business unique is the way I blend medical expertise, personal experience, storytelling, media credibility, and cultural connection. I do not simply share health information. I translate complex medical topics into real-life conversations that people understand, trust, and feel empowered by.

My platform fills a critical gap by speaking directly to communities that are often overlooked or misunderstood by traditional health messaging. Ultimately, my business exists to save lives, improve quality of life, and help families, especially Black families, feel seen, supported, and educated.
